NYMTC computer BBS Available
The NY Metropolitan Transportation Council announced the start-up of its public computer bulletin board this week. It's fairly easy to use, though easily useful information can be hard to come by. Some very long documents are down-loadable. At the Campaign's suggestion, the bulletin board has added a calendar section to list NYMTC and TCC meetings, but no events have been posted to it yet (see below for a real calendar). Anyone with a modem can hook up at 212-938-4371 (settings N-8-1).
