The Council of Woodbridge Township passed a resolution last week condemning the NJ Highway Authority's plan to build a second bridge over the Raritan River along the Garden State Parkway (see MTR #162). The Township says the project would heavily impact some residents, and could contribute to traffic and sprawl.
