Metro-North Railroad may confine blabbing cell phoners to one car per train. Railroad officials say they are receiving a half-dozen complaints of loud-mouthed phone talkers per week, "which probably represents a lot more aggravated customers," say officials. "They're talking as if this were the beginning of the telephony age and you had to shout," spokesperson Dan Brucker told the Associated Press. The railroad will take some time to develop its ideas about the problem, and for now is asking mobile phone users to be more considerate of passengers around them.
