Towns: Foundation Of Route 92 Opposition
While the Turnpike Authority looks to raise tolls to finance big construction projects, NJ towns continue to battle the largest Turnpike Authority construction project of them all - Route 92. Manville joined the fight this week against the proposed road by passing a resolution opposing the project. Hopewell Borough, Hopewell Township, Montgomery, Hillsborough, Franklin, Rocky Hill, and South Brunswick have also passed resolutions against the project.
