The MetroCard is now on the Internet. As of last week, straphangers can buy daily, weekly, monthly and pay-per-ride cards on the world wide web. Minimum purchase price is $15. Cards are delivered by mail. For an extra charge, riders can get fare cards delivered via FedEx or UPS. Daily News
