Planners in the New Haven area are trying to revive plans to build a Metro-North train station in either Orange or West Haven. Herb Burstein, deputy director of CT's South Central Regional Council of Governments, recently asked an engineering firm to conduct station feasibility studies. There are no stops between New Haven and Milford, but one could alleviate station traffic problems in those cities. West Haven Mayor H. Richard Borer Jr. and Orange First Selectman Robert C.
