Slow Speed Watch

This week, the NY State Assembly once again failed to act on legislation to permit NYC to set speed limits below the state minimum limit of 25 miles per hour in conjunction with installation of traffic calming devices.

The State Senate has approved the legislation, and it has received favorable comment the Governor's staff.
