Island's Traffic Still NY State's Deadliest
1999 data reported by the
Department of Motor Vehicles show that among NY counties, Suffolk and Nassau
rank one and two for total traffic deaths.

20 new lane miles of highway capacity per year until 2025.

through a completely unmanned toll plaza.
