Campaign Suit Dismissed

As we went to press, the NJ Superior Court dismissed the Campaign's lawsuit over NJ DOT's discarding of spending goals set in 2000's Transportation Trust Fund Renewal Act. After the decision, the Campaign warned if legislative spending goals cannot be enforced, multi-year transportation planning can only take place according to the whims of NJDOT.
