May 14, 6pm. The Campaign for Community-Based Planning presents a panel discussion, "David vs. Goliath: Neighborhood Planning in the Face of Large-Scale Development." May 21, 6pm. As part of its 40th Anniversary Series, the Metropolitan Transportation Authority presents "Subway Moon," a collection of stories inspired by the subway and told through music, images, and words. The Great Hall, Cooper Union, 7 East 7th St., Manhattan.
