February 10, 6pm-8:30pm. Portal Bridge – Green Acres Scoping Hearing. Hearing on NJ Transit’s request to take 2.5 acres of Hudson County Park as part of the replacement Portal Bridge project. NJ Transit must contribute parkland in return, and the East Coast Greenway has requested that the contribution take the form of an off-road trail that would help bridge a gap in the trail.
