New Jersey Congressional District Fact Sheets on Congestion Pricing

NJ Fact Sheets : County | State Assembly/State Senate | U.S. Congress

An analysis of 2000 Census data, done by the Tri-State Campaign and the Pratt Center for Community Development, shows that, in every New Jersey U.S. Congressional District, the vast majority of workers would not be affected by a congestion pricing fee as they do not drive to work alone in what would become the congestion pricing zone (Manhattan below 86th Street). In none of the 13 Congressional districts in New Jersey do more than 5% of workers drive alone to the congestion pricing zone, and in only one district do more than 3% of workers drive alone to the CPZ.

The fact sheets contain, for each Congressional district in New Jersey, a breakdown of commuting patterns by mode and destination.
