More Than a Bandage for New Jersey's Crumbling Bridges (2010)

Over the past 10 years, New Jersey has made some progress in repairing deficient bridges. But the looming insolvency of the state's Transportation Trust Fund could derail that progress. Without a sustainable source of long-term funding, New Jersey may have to defer critical bridge replacement, rehabilitation, and repair projects, and its backlog of deficient bridges will likely grow.
