Regional Rail for Metro NY

Our region’s rail network is overly fragmented, which makes train service far less useful than it should be. Our region needs a unified Regional Rail network, with frequent, all-day bidirectional service, accessible stations, and modern electric trains. We could have a great transit system, but it all depends on Penn Station. Learn more.
